Charlie: Rp Fanfic Chapter 1

Orion: *with finished pod in hand, he watches as Jumba leaves, then walks over to a sink.* I hope this works....

Orion: *turns on the water and puts the pod under it*

Pod: *Turns bright orange, grows, then a bright flash and Charlie is sitting in the sink*

Charlie: O.o Where am I? *looks to Orion* Who are you>

Orion: *looks a little stunned that it worked, but then speaks* My name is Orion. I..... I made you.

Charlie: You... Made me?

Orion: *excited* Dad! I did it!

Jumba: What is goingk on? *walks back in and sees*

Charlie: O.o who's that?

Jumba: Jumba Jookiba. Orion's dad.

Charlie: Oh... Hello.

Orion: This is cool. I finally have an experiment that I actually made right!

Charlie: O.o you've made others?

Orion: Tried to.... I never managed to get the genetic code right though.

Charlie: Oh

Orion: Dad, do you think I can call Mara. I'm sure she'd love to see this.

Charlie: Who's that?

Orion: Mara is a friend of mine.

Jumba: I don't see why not. Be hurryingk though. I am thinkingk she won't be beingk home for long.

Orion: *rushes off to phone*

Orion: *calls Mara*

Orion: *to self* Hope you're still home....

Mara: *Answers* Hello?

Orion: Mara... glad I caught you.

Mara: I was just about to go out

Orion: I did it. I finally did it. If you're not too busy can you come by.

Mara: Okay... *Kinda confused* Be right over

Orion: *smiles* You're gonna like Mara. She's really nice.

Charlie: Who is she?

Orion: *looks at charlie and smiles a bit*

Charlie: What's up?

Orion: Let's just say that I think you're gonna have a couple fast friends before too long.

Charlie: O.o why?

Orion: *goes quiet, having heard Mara knocking on the front door, and goes to open it* Hey.

Mara: Hi. So what was the emergency?

Orion: Remember when I told you I was working on making an experiment like dad's?

Mara: Yeah/

Orion: I finally made one.

Mara: Really?

Orion: Come on... I'll show you.

Mara: You finally activated one?

Mara: Okay. Where is he?

Mara: Or she... I dunno what it is

Orion: He's in the lab.

Mara: So then show me

Orion: *leads you into the lab, and greets charlie with a smile* Charlie, this is my friend Mara

Charlie: *Is climbing out of the sink* Hey Mara.

Mara: Hi. So which one is he, Orion?

Orion: Experiment 626-2.

Mara: The one that wouldn't activate?

Charlie: o.O?

Orion: Yeah, that's the one. I finally fixed the glitch in the programming.

Charlie: I wouldn't activate?

Orion: I had a bit of trouble getting your programming right and any time i tried to activate you all it did was change the color of your pod.

Charlie: Ah

Orion: So what do you think Mara?

Mara: I like him. And I'm glad you finally made an experiment.

Orion: So am I. *goes quiet, muttering something, then chuckles*

Charlie/Mara: What was that?

Orion: Nothing... *to self: wonder how long it'll take charlie to realize he can read my mind.*

Orion: *Charlie.... can you hear me?

Charlie: *Gives Orion a look*

Orion: What? *holding back a chuckle*

Charlie: O.o

Orion: *Oh come on charlie. Did you think I wouldnt give you any special powers?

Charlie: Well... I thought it would be something different o.O

Orion: *looks at Mara... then explains the whole psi thig so she isnt confused

Mara: Oohhhh...

Orion: Kinda interesting isnt it Mara?

Mara: Yeah, and it explains a lot.

Stitch: *enters lab, and upon doing so, sees Mara and Charlie and grins* Hi....

Charlie: *Looks to Stitch* Hey... Who're you?

Stitch: Experiment 626... Stitch.

Charlie: O.o I'm 626-2...

Orion: He's who I modeled you after Charlie.

Charlie: Ah. I get it ^_^

Orion: *pats you on the head*

Charlie: ^_^

Orion: Charlie, if you want, yopu can go explore the house.

Charlie: Really?

Orion: Yeah, sure. Go ahead.

Charlie: *Hops to his feet and leaves the lab*

Orion: *looks at Mara* So where is it you have to go anyway?

Mara: Nowhere, really. I was gonna go explore the woods some more, the usual.

Orion: Ah..... well, if you're not too busy.... would you like to stay for dinner?

Mara: Sure.

Orion: *smiles wide*

Mara: *Smiles as well* So what's for dinner?

Orion: I dunno... let's go find out.

Mara: Okay.

Orion: *goes to kitchen where jumba is cooking something* Dad?

Jumba: Yes?

Orion: What's for dinner?

Mara: *Is right behind him*

Jumba: *sees Mara* Stayingk for dinner Mara?

Mara: Yep.

Jumba: Am makingk pizza.

Mara: Ooohh

Orion: *whispers to Mara.* Don't worry, he's a better cook than he looks like he is.

Mara: *Whispers back* I hope. *chuckles a bit*

Jumba: *hasnt heard a word* Be washingk up you two. And get Charlie too.

Mara: Okay.

Orion: Er..... uh.... ok. *heads back into the front room* Charlie... dinner's almost ready

Charlie: Hm? Oh, okay.

Orion: By the way, what do you think of the house?

Charlie: I just have one question; do I have a room?

Orion: Well of course ya do. Didn't think I'd leave ya to sleep in the hall did ya?

Charlie: Heh, not really. Just wondering.

Orion: I'll show it to you after dinner.

Charlie: Okay.
